Individual therapy offers a safe space allowing you to explore thoughts and feelings in great depth. In the beginning, sessions may be more directive by me as an attempt to familiarise yourself with therapy means, to get to know each other and to start building our therapeutic relationship. As the sessions progress, you will be the one who mostly guides the process, taking a more and more active role in your therapy.  It is important to remember that everyone's journey is unique and thus tailored by their own, unique needs. As your therapist, I will be always alongside you, guiding you through making sense of whatever you decide to bring in the session. If you are unsure if individual therapy is the right one for you, the best way to find out is to discuss about it together.

Group therapy may be a unique experience of support and relatedness. In group therapy all individuals are given the time to share with others their thoughts and feelings and to engage in activities both individually and as a group. Group dynamics and themes are part of the process as these can enlighten our understanding in our engagement in relationships with others as well as with our self. Group therapy may be the right choice if you want to experience a supportive space as well as to experiment with possibilities and to gain by others' perspectives. If you are unsure if this is the right type of therapy for you, the best way to find out is to discuss about it together.
