What is Dramatherapy ? 

Dramatherapy uses healing aspects of drama and theatre as a means towards therapy aiming toward change. It is an action based method of working and playing in order to facilitate creativity, imagination, learning, insight and growth. Clients who attend Dramatherapy do not need any experience in acting or drama. Dramatherapists use their skills in order to facilitate creative sessions following the clients' preferred ways of communication and expression, including:

Storytelling

Art
